To open the account, you just have to fill a form at Alambika PRO then, you will receive an invitation to create your password and you'll be able to order online.
Price
Note that the minimum stays low so as not to disadvantage the smaller compagnies.

Shipping
When ordering, specify if it is a pickup at our warehouse or delivery at your place. Packing is done with great care and lots of bubblewrap (!) and we are proud of our very low levels of breakage. We have very good negociated shipping rates with several companies. We bear 60% of the cost, because we do not want to impact it in our product prices.

Troubleshooting
Please, report any broken, wrong or missing items when receiving the package by email with photos. We’ll proceed quickly to resolve the situation. Check your order upon arrival, as claims done more than 5 days after receiving the items will not be considered as valid.
